What will you study

The aim of the study programme is to provide the complete university study of the 3rd degree. The graduate has to know scientific methods of research and sustainable wildlife management oriented to its ecological, protectionist, breeding, production, commercial, recreational, and cultural aspects with a special regard to keeping biodiversity and protection of higher animal gene pool.

Application

The applicant finds a job at a national and international levels in hunting management especially in specialist, managerial functions in scientific and research positions and in operations of the forest enterprises, where increased requirements for knowledge of wildlife management and protection are placed. The graduate also finds a post in the Slovak Hunting Association, the Slovak Hunting Chamber, in the state nature protection, in project works in the sphere of applied zoology and hunting, in the environmental institutions connected with problems of wildlife protection and management, in private project and guide hunting, and ecological offices and companies.
